SHIPPING POLICY

Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided after placing your order. You will receive the tracking number for your order once it has been dispatched.

All orders are shipped from Italy, and we follow the Italian public holidays calendar.

We ship via Mail Boxes or DHL, depending on the destination. For international orders, we may, at our discretion, ship your order via other courier services.

For heavier items such as ceramics, please note that shipping costs may be higher due to the additional weight. These rates will be calculated at checkout.

Galleria Valencienne is not responsible for packages delayed due to weather conditions or events beyond our control.

IMPORT DUTY

    • Orders of €50.00 and above: €10.00

Europe (including France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, etc.)

  • Standard shipping (2-6 business days):
    • Orders from €0.00 to €49.99: €10.00
    • Orders of €50.00 and above: €15.00

Rest of the World (including the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, etc.)

  • Standard shipping (5-10 business days):
    • Orders from €0.00 to €49.90: €15.00
    • Orders from €50.00 to €150.00: €20.00
    • Orders of €151.00 and above: €25.00
