EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We accept returns of unworn and unaltered items within 14 working days from the date the package was delivered to you. You can either exchange the item for another size or request a credit note or a full refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and shipping costs incurred for returns are the customer's responsibility. However, we offer free shipping for exchanges.

To avoid any additional customs fees, please make sure to clearly mark your package as RETURN when shipping it back to us.

Returns sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

All items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unmodified in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
